Volunteer

NSBE seeks volunteers to assist at the 50th Annual Convention. Volunteers are an integral component of our Convention’s success. This year, we aim to provide an opportunity for even more individuals to contribute to another successful Convention!

As a volunteer, you will gain NSBE experience, meet new members, make new connections and have the flexibility to select times that work for you.

Volunteers provide a variety of services, including but not limited to:

• Check-in and Monitoring Session Rooms – greeting speakers, reporting any issues to NSBE leadership and staff, and providing an estimated attendance for assigned rooms/sessions
• Preparing Materials for Attendees – stuffing attendee bags with all inserts; setting-up event needs
• Welcoming Attendees and Assisting with Registration Check-in – greeting attendees as they enter sessions and events and checking their registration credentials

Volunteers are eligible for prizes based on the number of hours served.

Opportunities are limited. If you are interested in volunteering at the 50th Annual Convention, please sign-up during registration. The Convention Planning Committee (CPC) will reach out to you in early 2024 with the next steps.
