The 50th Annual Convention is a four-day event with an anticipated 15,000 attendees, 400-plus Career Fair exhibitors and 5,000-plus NSBE members and others at the Opening, General and Closing Sessions. During the Annual Convention, the Society conducts organizational business, elects national and regional leaders, holds competitions and provides professional and personal development, networking and celebratory activities.

Policy – Your registration fee is based on your current status (at the time of registration for a conference). Once registration payment is completed, we will be unable to process refunds based on any modifications to your status. This may include changes to an individual’s membership and/or GPA verification. Cancellation Policy – To receive a refund, credit, or transfer, your registration must have paid monetarily for the registration(s) and complete and submit a request for review to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refund Request – Anyone who has registered and paid for any Event/Program is eligible for a refund up to the amount that was paid, under the following criteria: They must have paid monetarily for the registration(s), The participant is unable to make the Event/Program and a request for refund is submitted for review.

Members will self-report their GPA on their MyNSBE profile. All members must complete a GPA Verification Form, have it signed by a university advisor, counselor, or an official from the Registrar’s office and emailed to email@example.com. This form MUST be signed by the Office of the Registrar or a University advisor.

NSBE Jr. Members
Members will self-report their GPA on their MyNSBE profile. All members must complete a GPA Verification Form, have it signed by a high school counselor, or NSBE advisor and e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. This form MUST be signed by a high school counselor or a NSBE advisor.

As an attendee, you understand, agree, and hereby consent that my failure or disregard for following all protocols in effect and required by NSBE, CDC, the venue provider, and state and local law during your attendance at Annual Convention is hereby sufficient grounds to be excluded from attending the event by NSBE or an event authority, and you hereby consent in advance to leave and exit the event, without protest or refund, upon request by NSBE or an event authority due to your refusal to follow said protocols.
