Hotels Reservation Policies
To book individual rooms:
You must first complete your registration and then you will be able to access housing from your registration confirmation.
If you need more than 10 rooms:
You may go ahead and request your room block at this time for PCI here and Collegiate here prior to registering for the conference. You must assign names to those rooms by January 22nd. At that time, we will verify that the individuals in your room block are all registered for the conference.
Cancellations
- Room reservations cancelled between January 22, 2024 and February 4, 2024, will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee($50 for NSBE Jr.) per reservation.
- Room reservations cancelled between February 5, 2024 and February 27, 2024, will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee($75 for NSBE Jr.) per reservation.
- Room reservations cancelled between February 28, 2024 and March 11, 2024, will be subject to a $175 cancellation fee($100 for NSBE Jr.) per reservation.
- Reservations cancelled on or after March 12, 2024 are 100% non-refundable.

Customer Service Center Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Central Time (CT), Monday – Friday.

How will I get my confirmation?
Your confirmation will be sent to the email address used during the booking process.
Can I book more than one reservation at a time?
Yes, a maximum of 9 individual reservations may be booked at a time or you may submit a group block request for 10 or more rooms.
Can I contact the hotels directly to make my hotel reservation?
By going direct to hotel you will not be supporting NSBE and their ability to continue to offer the lowest negotiated rates for the conference. And only by booking through official housing can you get the lowest conference rate.
