All sub-block requests must be finalized with individual guest names, all pertinent information, and credit card information by February 8, 2023, six (6) weeks before the first day of the Convention. Effective February 9, 2023, any rooms that have not been assigned will be released. Reservations must include unique guest names to avoid being marked as duplicates and possibly forfeited by hotels.
Name changes and/or date modifications will be accepted based on availability through MCI USA until the hotel cut-off date (varies per hotel, specified in booking instructions). Effective after March 13, 2023, reservations will be managed directly with the convention hotels based on availability.
Deposits: All room reservations require a valid credit card. One night’s room and tax deposit will be charged at the time of booking, and a one-time, non-refundable $5 processing fee will be charged if paying by credit card and will be reflected on your credit card statement as NSBE Housing. Cancellations must be made at least three (3) working days prior to the arrival date for a partial refund of the one night’s room and tax deposit.
- Room reservations canceled between February 15, 2023, and March 3, 2023, will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee per reservation ($25 for NSBE Jr.).
- Room reservations canceled between March 4, 2023, and March 16, 2023, will be subject to a $125 cancellation fee per reservation ($50 for NSBE Jr.).
- Room reservations canceled after March 16, 2022, will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee per reservation ($75 for NSBE Jr.).
