Cancellation Policy

  • Room reservations canceled between January 7, 2025, and January 28, 2025, will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee per reservation ($50 for NSBE Jr.).
  • Room reservations canceled between January 29, 2025, and February 8, 2025, will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee per reservation ($75 for NSBE Jr.).
  • Room reservations canceled between February 9, 2025, and February 25, 2025, will be subject to a $175 cancellation fee per reservation ($100 for NSBE Jr.).
  • Reservations cancelled on or after February 25, 2025, are 100% non-refundable.

Child Policy

Children 18 years and under stay free when sharing parents’ room and using existing bedding. Ages 19 and up are considered adults. Packages including activities or meals may have an additional charge.

What are your hours of operation?

Customer Service Center Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Central Time (CT), Monday – Friday.

How can I make my reservations?

We accept reservations online, phone or via email.

How do I chat online with a live agent?

Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of this page to be connected with an available agent during customer service hours.

How will I get my confirmation?

Your confirmation will be sent to the email address used during the booking process.

Can I book more than one reservation at a time?

Yes, a maximum of 9 individual reservations may be booked at a time or you may submit a group block request for 10 or more rooms.

Can I contact the hotels directly to make my hotel reservation?

By going direct to hotel you will not be supporting NSBE and their ability to continue to offer the lowest negotiated rates for the conference. And only by booking through official housing can you get the lowest conference rate.

How do I request a suite?

Names due date for groups?

All block requests must be submitted by December 31, 2024. All groups must provide names no later than January 6, 2025.

What is the deadline for making hotel reservations through official housing?

February 25, 2025. After this date you will need to contact the hotel directly. There is no guarantee the hotel will still offer the conference rate.

Do I need the credit card with me I am using to pay for my room or incidentals?
Yes, you will be required to provide your credit card upon arrival. If someone else is making payment for your room or incidentals they will need to contact the hotel after February 24th to get a secure login to authorize the payment before your arrival.
How many rooms are required to request a room block?

You need 10 or more rooms. If you need less than 10 rooms, you must make individual reservations. There is a maximum limit of 40 rooms at the Headquarter hotels.

When are the names due for my block of rooms?

Names are due no later than January 6, 2025. No Exceptions.
