NSBE hopes that everyone who registers for the convention will be able to attend; however, we understand that extenuating circumstances do occur.

Convention Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Substitutions are not allowed.
  • Cancelation requests received on or before January 31, 2022, will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancelations received between February 1 – March 23, 2022, will receive a full credit that can be applied towards a future convention or event.

If you do not submit your cancelation by March 23, 2022, and do not attend, no refund or credit will be granted.

Bulk registration will be available on February 1st, 2022.

You will receive a confirmation email at the address that you provided during the registration process. Please ensure that your email address is correct when registering. The registration confirmation will go to the individual who registers for a group. Please contact if you don’t receive your confirmation.

All registrants must adhere to the NSBE Code of Conduct.

NSBE has taken health and safety measures- for attendees, exhibitors, and staff attending the NSBE48 convention. You must follow all posted instructions while attending NSBE48. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. Participation in NSBE48 brings some risk, and attendees, exhibitors, and staff assumes responsibility for their well-being. NSBE will follow all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance and posted instructions while attending NSBE events and activities.
