BCA & Affiliate Partners: Complimentary

NSBE Board of Corporate Affiliates (BCA) Partners and Affiliate Partners receive a complimentary 10’ x 20’ booth at the Annual Convention Career Fair. Corporate/Federal Agency: $11,500

This rate is for all for profit organizations, large- and mid-sized corporations and federal government agencies. After this date, only credit card deposit will be accepted.

Sm. Bus./Local Gov't.: $6,500

This rate is only available to small businesses and/or state, city and municipal government agencies. Small business is defined as a company operating with less than 200 employees whose gross annual revenue is less than $1 million.

Non-Profit: $3,500

This rate is for 501(c)3 organizations only.

College/University: $950

This rate is only available to colleges, universities and other higher education and/or academic institutions that are recruiting for undergraduate and graduate students.

The Career Fair is open exclusively to our APEX students (GPA of 3.0 or higher) and NSBE Senators each day from 11 a.m.–12 p.m.

The Career Fair is open to all collegiate and professional convention registrants from 12–5 p.m. each day.

Pre-collegiate students will be allowed in the hall from 4–5 p.m. on Thursday and from 3–5 p.m. on Friday.

The Career Fair does not close for lunch. We recommend that your team take lunch breaks in shifts to ensure there is coverage at your booth. There are several restaurants within a short walk from the convention center.
